www.kontir.ai is a static informational site: it sets no cookies and has no forms. This notice describes what the site actually does.
1. The controller

2. What this site does — and does not do
a) A static site, with no cookies
www.kontir.ai serves informational content only. The site sets no cookies whatsoever on your device — functional, statistical or advertising — which is why no cookie consent banner is needed. There is no advertising or tracking technology, and no remarketing.
b) Analytics — without cookies
We use self-hosted, open-source Plausible analytics, served first-party from the controller's own EU infrastructure. It sets no cookies, builds no persistent individual identifier, does not track you across sites, and does not identify you personally — it produces aggregate statistics only (page views, country, referrer). Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Nothing is shared with third parties.
c) Server logs
Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser identifier). Purpose: operational security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 90 days, or as long as needed to investigate a security incident.
d) No forms on this site
www.kontir.ai contains no forms and collects no personal data directly. When you request a demo, you do so via the contact form on www.ataila.eu — the data you provide there is governed by ATAILA's own privacy notice.
3. Processors
The site and its analytics run on the controller's own infrastructure (ATAILA Cloud); no external hosting, analytics or form provider is involved. There are no transfers to third countries and no processors outside the European Union.
4. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and request data portability (GDPR Arts. 15–21). We respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest — rights are exercised as described in ATAILA's privacy notice, with contact via the contact page.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH) or turn to the courts.
